We’re looking for a great communicator with an interest in technology and an eye for detail to be our Customer Success Manager. This is a contract position with the potential to become a full-time permanent role.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the helpdesk and knowledge base

  • Tracking customer data usage

  • Configuring customer websites

  • Customer Training & Orientation

  • Monitoring customer success

  • Building good relationships with customers

  • Gathering and escalating insights into customers and product

  • Coordinating with marketing services and product teams

  • Developing and improving customer journey and onboarding processes

  • Developing deep product and market knowledge to help customers

  • Customer service

  • Organized and attentive to detail

  • Self-starter: Sense of initiative and follow-through

  • Practiced in balancing priorities

  • Communication:

    • High level of reading, writing, and comprehension

    • Writing emails and instructional articles with clarity and precision

    • High Standards for polish and presentation

    • Pleasant and engaging phone manner (not afraid to call to solve a problem if required or provide clear verbal instructions)

  • Teamwork:

    • Collaborative, willing to consult, keep others in the loop, ask questions, and follow-up

  • WordPress:

    • Comfort with using and configuring WordPress sites (or at least comfort with using blogging platforms and page-building tools and a willingness to learn and self-learn using WordPress)

  • Ability to work alone and in collaboration with a team
